Colleen Eidemiller LMT has a couple different ways to purchase Gift Certificates. She can invoice you through Vagaro/PayPal or you can purchase gift certificates in person.
If purchased Vagaro/PayPal - Colleen Eidemiller LMT will mail out gift certificate via mail within 48 hours.
Gift certificates are NON REFUNDABLE and have no cash value and ALL SALES FINAL.
You may transfer your gift certificate to someone else if you please.
All gift certificates have a 6 month expiration date unless noted.
All gift certificates that have been donated will become void if you no show or do not call within 24 hours of appointment.
